Villa Verdini
Calamandrana, 2020 -2021
Architectural renovation between history and contemporaneity
The restoration of Villa Verdini focuses on the enhancement of the existing structure, maintaining the planimetric and material characteristics of the residential portion, with its original floors and restored frescoes.
The rustic area, while preserving the original exposed stone masonry and sunshades, has been reinterpreted with contrasting modern openings, creating a dialogue between ancient and contemporary.

Great attention was given to the choice of materials, giving preference to handcrafted and custom productions for items such as the faucets, the new custom designed "Cementine" tiles and the two made-to-order kitchens.
