Communication with the client will be constant and transparent: we usually organize weekly/biweekly meetings for continuous updates, particularly in the early stages of concept and project development. From the earliest stages of design, we carefully evaluate the interaction between materials, furnishings, and lighting, which are fundamental elements in defining the atmosphere and functionality of each space. The goal is to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also practical and comfortable, where every detail is given the utmost attention.

We design every project to create architecture that is compatible not only with the lives of those who inhabit these spaces, but also with the natural environment and the context in which it is located. 

It is therefore essential to use natural materials with low environmental impact that are durable and reusable, to manage water carefully, and to install efficient systems powered by self-generated energy.

The firm is organized to assist clients throughout all phases of a project, addressing the various needs that may arise, from concept to completion. If the client so desires, we can provide preliminary assistance with the purchase of a property to be renovated and due diligence on the area in question, i.e., investigation and economic and compliance assessment of the building. We then take care of the geometric and plant survey, the analysis of area regulations and restrictions; these steps allow us to then move on to the design phase, which we develop through the elaboration of detailed floor plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings. Once we have arrived at an approved and agreed solution, we submit the authorization requests to the various competent offices. We then take care of the executive design preparatory to the construction site and the definition of the costs of the intervention: in this phase, the interior materials and finishes are also defined. Finally, we take care of the construction management and the paperwork related to the completion of the project.

The overall timeframe varies depending on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the client's requirements. In general, the survey, analysis of the building, and project definition phases take around six months. 

Subsequently, while waiting for approval of the project by the relevant authorities, the costs are defined and the companies that will carry out the work are selected. 

The duration of the construction site may vary depending on the size of the project, but it averages around 12 months.

Of course. Before proceeding with a quote, we normally meet with new potential clients to assess their needs and expectations for the project together. We also visit the property or area of intervention and draw up a detailed quote specifying the services offered, the phases in which we intend to develop the design activity, and the related costs. 

Yes, in most cases we work with a team of trusted professionals with whom we consult throughout all stages of the project, from preliminary designs to construction management: structural engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, acousticians, geologists, etc. These skills are necessary both to produce complete and functional designs and to produce all the mandatory technical documents to be submitted to the relevant authorities.  Our quote normally includes all these skills, but we are always open to new collaborations if the client already has a team of trusted designers to recommend to us. 

The firm does not directly carry out building and construction work, but over the years we have established numerous contacts with trusted companies and craftsmen that we can recommend. However, we want our clients to be free to choose who to entrust the work to in complete autonomy: for this reason, we always request three quotes from different construction companies in order to provide all the necessary tools to make a free and informed choice.

Once we have arrived at a final design that has been agreed upon and approved by the client, we draw up a bill of quantities listing all the work to be carried out and the materials required, together with the necessary quantities. This document is then shared with three companies chosen by the client or suggested by us, so that we can compare the quotes received and decide with the client which company to award the contract to.
